We had such a great time in Lake Como with Alice and Nicole—honestly, the weather couldn’t have been better. It was the perfect excuse to head out on the water, soak it all in, and pop some champagne while cruising past some of the lake’s most iconic spots.
As we set off from Bellagio, you’re surrounded by unreal views in every direction—elegant villas like Villa Melzi Gardens lining the shoreline, the grand Villa Carlotta with its terraces and gardens across the water, and the dramatic mountain backdrop that makes Lake Como feel so unique. It’s a bit like Scotland in that sense—it genuinely doesn’t matter what the weather does, it always looks incredible.
After the boat ride, we made our way over to Varenna for more photos—and it’s easy to see why it’s one of the most loved spots on the lake. The colourful houses stacked along the waterfront, the peaceful promenade known as Passeggiata degli Innamorati, and the stunning views from Villa Monastero all make it feel incredibly romantic and timeless. Every corner feels like a postcard, and it was the perfect setting to finish off such a special shoot.
